Qualification:
• Male/Female Maximum Age 30 Years.
• Minimum education SMK/D3 Equivalent
• Minimum 2 years working experience in the same position.
• Have a high initiative and communicative.
• Have a strong motivation to work, honest, and responsible.
• Good appearance, neat, with a positive attitude and able to work in a team.
• Willing to work on weekends (Saturday & Sunday), national holidays, and shift work system.
The assignment of responsibilities:
• Understand and master all products and customer service techniques.
• Inventory and monitor the list and schedule of guests who have made reservations.
• Reconfirming guests to ensure their arrival plans on H . day
• Welcoming and communicating with guests who come.
• Escort guests to the reservation desk.
• Help market and sell products.
