It's true that this capital of the Sichuan province has long been recognized as the birthplace of the ever-tempting Mala recipe. Fortunately for Mala enthusiasts around the country, this traditional recipe from Chengdu can now be enjoyed in Indonesia.


Shu Guo Yin Xiang arrived in Indonesia with a mission to deliver the delectable taste of Mala from Chengdu, every bit as authentic as it's served in its location of origin. To ensure the authenticity and quality of the cuisine served, the ingredients are all carefully taken care of and prepared by the experienced Shifu (Chef) from China. This process ensures the taste of each dish served remain consistent and satisfying for all those who would enjoy it.
